The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Fee Earners, handling property transactions involving housebuilders and plot sales. Key duties include:
- Managing plot sale and purchase files using our bespoke IT system.
- Issuing contract documentation and ensuring accurate production and distribution.
- Reviewing and inputting contract information into the system.
- Assisting with matter progress, including searches, automated letters, and correspondence with lenders and estate agents.
- Handling client and third-party queries, referring to Fee Earners when necessary.
- Updating clients and recording updates on the system.
- Dealing with financial aspects of matters, including accounts, completion statements, and bank transfers.
- Ensuring system accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborating with the Housebuilder team to prioritize workload and action tasks efficiently.
- Staying up-to-date with training and adopting the Firm's "STAIR" values and behaviors.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
- Proven accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
