About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Project Surveyor to join our Asset Team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP). As a Graduate Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the Planned Works Project Manager to ensure operational performance targets are achieved or exceeded in Planned Works delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Planned Works Team in ensuring LHP delivers a successful and excellent service within a contracting environment for the provision of all aspects of Estate-based works, Aids and Adaptations & planned & cyclical maintenance across the organization.
  • Support the Planned Works Team in being responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery and contract administration of planned & cyclical maintenance projects and in a client capacity.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on all key performance indicators and targets across all areas of works.
  • Undertake effective contract administration on all planned and cyclical maintenance projects on behalf of LHP.
  • Carry out various property surveys & inspections, including Pre and Post inspections, Pre-works validation surveys, Defect Liability inspections, Asbestos Re-inspections, and any other site-based checks as agreed with the line manager and service needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum understanding of the Social Housing Market, Voids, and Repairs and Maintenance service delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong process design and improvement skills; able to analyze and streamline business activities to create best practices within the organization's operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Financial Management skills.
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
