- United Kingdom**Equans is looking for a HR Assistant to join our team in our North East Lincolnshire Partnership in Grimsby on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary between £25,000- £28,000 depending on experience, and benefits package.**
**General Overview**:
Provides effective and efficient HR administration support to the North East Lincolnshire partnership.

**What will you deliver?**
- Manages an effective relationship between the SLT & Employee Forum and assists with the flow of information between the two
- Provide support developing and implementing action plans to address issues arising from the Employee Survey
- Support responsible business activities within the partnership including volunteering opportunities and fundraising.
- Work in close liaison with communications team to ensure effective communication of employee related information
- Provide effective and efficient HR administration including recruitment, employee amendments, absence management and leavers processes.
- Maintain and update records to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date including sickness absence, maternity and other leave and renewal of CRBs for relevant employees
- Provide management information and reports to SLT and managers to support effective people management in accordance with Equans policies and procedures.
- Coordinate administration for all apprenticeships, work experience and training & development needs within the partnership to ensure effective delivery of services and compliance with Equans policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support on the performance development review process and system
- Arrange and support delivery of the induction process for new starters
- Provide administrative support on a wide range of HR activities including organisation reviews, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
- Act as first point of contract for all HR related enquires providing advice and guidance in accordance with Equans policies and procedures.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Qualification in HR or business support or previous administration experience
- Studying or willing to work towards CIPD qualification (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within HR administration or business support.
- Experience of working with all levels of the organisation and recognising needs
- Effective use of MS Office (including Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to use and maintain HR Systems, ensuring data accuracy (SAP desirable)
- Ability to hand employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and other related issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with managers, employees and HR colleagues.
