Working closely with the HR Advisors, the HR Assistant provides a full range of administrative support ensuring all HR processes are undertaken in an efficient and timely manner.

The role will be involved in all aspects of HR including recruitment, induction, probation, appraisal reviews, absence and employee relations. This role will provide an opportunity to develop processes and systems, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft) and applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
