2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic **HR Advisor** to support our meals manufacturing operation based in Grimsby.

Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces.

**About The Role**:
You will be responsible for providing expert, professional advice to managers and employees across all aspects of employment including performance, employee relations, absence management and policy interpretation.
The team strive to deliver excellent results for the organisation and are driven to provide exceptional customer service, working with a wide range of stakeholders including managers, employees and divisional partners.
Working with the HR Manager, the HR Advisorwill be instrumental in supporting leaders across the business by leading on engagement activities on and off site, creating and driving a positive food safety quality culture internally, whilst growing the local reputation of Recipe Dish.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including objective setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordination of the Absence management processes, providing expert advise on capability processes for long term sickness.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- To have the ability to step up, as deputy for the HR Manager in their absence.
- To support in any other duties commensurable with the role.
**About You**:
To excel in this HR Advisor role, you will need to demonstrate:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Experience of working in a FMCG environment preferred.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Capable of providing effective and consistent communication both verbally and written.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
