Recruitment Manager is sought for a prominent and award-winning recruitment agency specializing in the education sector. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leading teams, inspiring others, and driving success within a dynamic environment.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated group of recruitment professionals focused on sourcing top teaching talent across various educational settings, including nurseries, special educational needs (SEN), primary, and secondary schools.

In this billing role, you will oversee a team of five successful Recruitment Consultants, with the backing of senior management. A proven track record in agency recruitment is essential, along with management experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, social care, or industrial recruitment.

This position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours during school holidays and the option to work remotely one day every two weeks. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for candidate vetting and school visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to foster business development alongside your team.
  • Formulate and execute branch sales strategies to achieve desired outcomes, including regular sales and operations meetings.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and team briefings to communicate sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and relevant updates.
  • Acknowledge team achievements and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Encourage team members to achieve optimal results through proactive engagement.
  • Manage your own successful recruitment desk within designated regions.
  • Ensure all team members receive comprehensive development support from the internal Learning & Development team.
  • Assess team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
