Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our education recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing branch sales plans, leading from the front to develop business alongside the team, and ensuring compliance and industry standards are upheld and met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results
  • Lead from the front to develop business alongside the team
  • Conduct regular sales and operations meetings
  • Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment
  • Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity
  • Run a successful desk covering Staffordshire or West Midlands
  • Ensure all staff receive the best possible development with the support of the internal L&D team
  • Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Ensure compliance and industry standards are upheld and met

Requirements:

  • Experience in education recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
