In your capacity as a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee a team of accomplished Recruitment Consultants (5) and benefit from the guidance of senior leadership. This position requires a proven track record in agency recruitment, with a preference for candidates who possess management experience in education, healthcare, social care, or industrial recruitment.

Located in a collaborative office environment, you will enjoy a standard workweek with flexible hours during school holidays. The role also allows for remote work one day every two weeks. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential for visiting educational institutions and thoroughly vetting candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading by example to drive business development alongside your team.
  • Creating and executing branch sales strategies to achieve desired outcomes while conducting regular operational meetings.
  • Facilitating one-on-one meetings and team briefings to communicate sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other pertinent information.
  • Recognizing and celebrating employee achievements to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Encouraging team members to achieve optimal results through proactive engagement.
  • Managing your own successful recruitment desk within designated regions.
  • Ensuring all team members receive comprehensive development support from the internal Learning & Development team.
  • Assessing team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
