As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Cheshire office, leading a dedicated team in the education recruitment sector. We welcome applications from experienced Senior Consultants eager to transition into management or current Branch Managers seeking a change in sector.

Your Role:

  • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve performance targets through effective incentives and KPIs.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to consultants within your branch.
  • Analyze and report performance data to the senior management team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with consultants to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and confident communication to lead your team effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction and quality standards in education.
  • Support candidates in their job search by conducting interviews and facilitating their placement in ideal roles.
  • Engage in business development activities, including client meetings to address recruitment needs.
  • Drive team performance and development through monthly one-on-one meetings.
