Position Overview
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Cheshire office, leading a dedicated team of consultants. We welcome applications from experienced Senior Consultants eager to advance into management, as well as current Branch or Business Managers seeking a transition into the education recruitment sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve performance targets through effective incentives and KPIs.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to consultants within the branch.
- Analyze and report on performance data to the senior management team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with consultants to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and confidence in communication to lead your team effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and quality standards in education.
- Facilitate candidate interviews to assist them in securing their ideal roles in education.
- Engage in business development activities, including outreach to local schools to address their recruitment needs.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with consultants to drive service levels and team development.
- Demonstrate a passion for our core values and commitment to excellence.
