Role Overview:
As a Technical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of specialized clerical and administrative tasks within our department. Your role will involve:
- Executing a range of complex clerical and administrative functions to support departmental operations.
- Processing diverse and intricate documents and information from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Gathering, structuring, and analyzing data from various channels to generate reports, schedules, summaries, and correspondence for internal distribution or for clients and suppliers.
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies related to products or services by meticulously checking and analyzing data and reviewing information flows across departments.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers (including international partners) and taking ownership of specific accounts or contacts as necessary.
- Maintaining and organizing technical documentation, ensuring that filing systems are current to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in providing administrative support.
- Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships with teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of various work routines, procedures, and systems relevant to the discipline.
- Solid grasp of how the function operates collectively to achieve its objectives and the key stakeholders involved.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a focus on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timed) time management.
