Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their offices, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Corporate Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage the diaries of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient and effective use of their time.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Prepare and manage meeting papers, agendas, and minutes.
    • Organize events, conferences, and meetings, including catering and logistics.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Communicate effectively with the Executive Committee, Board members, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Projects
    • Undertake research and work on special projects with the Chief Operating Officer.
    • Assist with the development of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Governance and Compliance
    • Support the Governance Secretary with governance activities, including preparing meeting papers and taking minutes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other PAs and the Office Services team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Contribute to the work of the HR team, particularly in making and/or supporting arrangements for training and recruitment interviews.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of working at a senior PA level.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office applications and SharePoint.
  • Confidence in dealing with financial information and processing invoices.
  • Ability to draft high-quality briefing papers and presentations.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary range of £51,000 to £53,000.
