Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interdisciplinary Center Coordinator to join our team at Southeast Community College. As a key member of our Health Sciences Division, you will play a critical role in providing professional coordination of simulation and clinical skills student experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support simulations by preparing, creating, and testing scenarios with faculty instructors to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
  • Establish and maintain effective workflows to ensure optimal simulation operations and learning outcomes.
  • Manage facilities, inventory, and equipment to ensure seamless simulation sessions.
  • Collaborate with faculty to coordinate simulation events and develop simulation learning experiences.
  • Provide training and support to faculty and staff on simulation technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare profession/field.
  • 2 years experience with healthcare simulation.
  • Current Nebraska license in the profession.
  • Healthcare-related certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified/Credentialed Simulation Specialist/Coordinator.
  • Two years of post-secondary teaching experience.
