Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Fleet Parts Coordinator to deliver a streamlined parts and logistics service primarily across the Lincolnshire region, with potential responsibilities extending to the broader East Midlands area.
The ideal candidate will become a vital member of the team tasked with overseeing, maintaining, and regulating inventory levels, ensuring the timely supply of vehicle components to our Fleet technicians, thereby minimizing operational vehicle downtime.
This role also involves participation in a dedicated team responsible for the replenishment of inventory and the distribution of ambulance and station supplies and equipment to various locations throughout Lincolnshire.
Key responsibilities include processing orders and restocking both van and warehouse inventory at our distribution center, along with assisting in the daily operations of the department.
Proficiency in computer skills is essential, as the role requires the ordering, receiving, and processing of invoices utilizing current fleet and logistics software systems.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be integral to the team managing, maintaining, and controlling stock levels, ensuring the availability of vehicle parts for Fleet mechanics to minimize downtime of operational vehicles.
Additionally, the role includes being part of a small team responsible for the replenishment of inventory and the delivery of ambulance and station supplies and equipment across Lincolnshire.
Key tasks involve processing orders and restocking both van and warehouse inventory at our distribution center, as well as supporting the daily functions of the department.
Strong computer skills are necessary, as the role involves ordering, receiving, and processing invoices through current fleet and logistics software systems.
