Part-time Patient Coordinator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Patient Coordinator to join our team at the Lincolnshire Heart Centre. As a key member of our Cardiology team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of inpatient and outpatient services.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Cardiology team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers using NHS software (Careflow).
- Prepare nursing packs for pre-assessment clinics and general administrative duties.
- Respond to telephone enquiries and assist members of the public attending the Unit for procedures.
- Assist the nursing team as required.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English.
- Evidence of good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate key values and behaviours in line with Trust Values Framework.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Evidence of good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate use of initiative in problem solving.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Be able to demonstrate a positive approach to team working &/or lone working.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Reliable and flexible approach to working hours inclusive of bank holidays and weekends.
- Awareness of Dignity in Care agenda.
- Previous experience in customer care setting.
- Ability to work in a team &/or lone working.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
