About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical rotas, ensuring gaps are covered, and working closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate clinical rotas for Trauma and Orthopaedic services
  • Ensure timely coverage of gaps in rotas and communicate effectively with staff
  • Work closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for rota management
  • Collect and present data on rota performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • GCSE English C or equivalent level of attainment
  • NVQ level 3/HND or equivalent with experience in admin procedures/IT systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team in a demanding environment
  • Adaptable to change and able to recognize when to seek assistance from colleagues
