Rota Coordinator Trauma Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rota Coordinator to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic Team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Orthopaedic clinical rotas, ensuring gaps are covered, and working closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Orthopaedic clinical rotas to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Work closely with the clinical team to identify and address gaps in rotas
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data collection and record-keeping
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
- Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures, particularly in relation to patient care and service delivery
