Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lighting Operations Supervisor to oversee our Transportation division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of your team's performance in executing operational tasks, which encompass Human Resources, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ), Commercial activities, and Administrative functions. A valid UK driving licence is mandatory for this position.

Location: Site/Office based
Contract Type: Permanent Full-time, shift work
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £46,000 to £48,000 per annum, along with a company vehicle and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lighting Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety protocols within the workplace, serving as a role model for other team members.
- Conducting shift briefings, site inductions, and toolbox talks to identify and manage potential risks and hazards, while maintaining accurate records.
- Performing various audits, including gate checks, safety audits, and depot inspections as required.
- Monitoring workmanship and material usage for all projects, ensuring that relevant documentation is kept up to date.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Lighting Operations Supervisor role will possess:
- Experience in a supervisory capacity.
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
- NRSWA operative or supervisory qualifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical works related to street lighting.
