About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Compliance Manager to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure that our business activities are in line with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that our business is compliant.
  5. Work closely with Group Compliance to ensure consistency of approach and provide support on key regulatory projects.
