Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our team at The Very Group. As a key member of our Compliance and Risk Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance and Risk monitoring program to ensure that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide assurance to the business that our policies and procedures are adequate and effective in ensuring good customer outcomes.
  • Manage and lead the Monitoring and Testing Team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that our business operations are aligned with our company's values and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and ensure that our business operations are adapted accordingly.
About You:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager who has a deep understanding of the FCA's rules and regulations, including CONC, Consumer Duty, ICOBS, and DISP. You should have a proven track record of working in a consumer credit firm and have experience in compliance and risk management.
