Director of Quality Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to join our established leadership team at Gilbert Meher Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to maintain compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
  2. Oversee the development and monitoring of KPIs to ensure high standards are maintained.
  3. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to educators on curriculum development and best practice in teaching.
  4. Strategically lead organisational policies in alignment with up-to-date education policy.
Requirements:
  1. QTS or equivalent qualification.
  2. Detailed knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and legislation.
  3. Experience within Specialist provisions or care settings for young people is desirable.

Location: North West England
Salary: £70k (+ Bonus scheme)
