Job Title: Operational Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Finance Director to join our team at North West Borough Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring the effective management of our financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the finance team to deliver high-quality financial services and support
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in finance or accounting (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results and improving financial performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
