We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, liaising with branches, and managing payments to suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile approximately 300 accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Liaise with branches around the country to facilitate the booking of documentation.
- Manage timely payments to suppliers to maintain smooth business operations.
- Execute payment runs both in the bank and within our systems.
- Create and maintain new supplier accounts on our systems.
- Update all relevant spreadsheets with the latest data.
- Address and resolve supplier queries promptly.
- Handle a multi-currency purchase ledger with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to assist in the efficient running of the department.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Some administrative experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
