Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Central Government sector, driving performance and growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Central Government sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our expertise in IT transformation and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives that support our business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to our sales teams, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in government sector sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the IT transformation and customer experience markets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
