Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Group Internal Sales Manager to oversee both our telesales teams. This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales force focused on converting warm leads into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the telesales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Identify training needs and deliver impactful coaching sessions to enhance team performance and individual skill development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, to streamline processes and optimize client communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement while ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on team performance and sales metrics for senior management review, providing valuable insights into key business indicators.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A hands-on approach to management, with a passion for coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics, is highly advantageous.
- A commercially focused mindset, coupled with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the sales landscape.
