About the Role
As a Telesales Advisor, you will play a vital role in our team by engaging with our existing customers to upsell products and services. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience by demonstrating the benefits of our offerings, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and boosting sales. This is a fully office-based role in our fantastic South Manchester offices, equipped with all the amenities and on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with existing customers via phone to understand their needs and present relevant products and services.
* Effectively demonstrate the benefits of our offerings to encourage increased customer spending.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
* Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering outstanding service and support.

What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in a sale, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Sales-Driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong desire to succeed.
* Customer-Focused: Passionate about providing exceptional service and enhancing the customer experience.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
