Noble Recruiting is collaborating with a prominent supplier in search of a dedicated Sales Office Assistant to enhance their supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks aimed at facilitating business operations:
- Assist clients with product inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide support in preparing pricing, quotations, and tenders.
- Encourage additional product purchases when appropriate.
- Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments and verify all associated documentation.
- Engage with potential clients to discuss product offerings.
- Reconnect with previous clients to inform them about new product developments.
- Manage the point-of-sale procedures effectively.
- Stay informed about product details to establish expertise.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant office experience, demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, and be enthusiastic about contributing to the broader team objectives.
