Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and children, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.
  • Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and approachable manner, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring the play area is safe and ready for service at all times.
  • Help create a fun and engaging atmosphere, encouraging children to explore and play while ensuring their safety.
  • Assist with coordinating and running children's birthday parties, making sure every celebration is a special and memorable one.
