About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Soft Play Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy and safe atmosphere in our soft play area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the soft play area and ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times.
  • Assist parents with any needs and provide a warm and friendly service.
  • Help create a fun and exciting environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Participate in children's birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children.
  • Sell food and drink items to guests and provide excellent customer service.
