Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and engaging environment, ensuring that every child has a fantastic time while their parents relax and enjoy our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to families and children in the soft play area
Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Assist parents with any needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
Develop and implement ideas to increase sales and improve standards in the soft play area
Collaborate with the team to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for children
