We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our soft play team as a Soft Play Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children to play and learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of play and ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times.
- Assist parents with any needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the soft play area and ensure it's safe and enjoyable for all children.
- Help run children's birthday parties and create a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
- Sell food and drink items to guests and provide a warm and welcoming service.
- A team player who can adapt to different situations and work well under pressure.
- Someone who can generate ideas to increase sales and improve standards.
- Able to manage and control large groups of guests and ensure their safety.
- A passion for working with children and creating a fun and engaging environment.
