About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Soft Play Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy and safe atmosphere in our soft play area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the soft play area and ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times
  • Assist parents with any needs and provide a warm and friendly service
  • Help create a fun and exciting environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Run children's birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
  • Sell food and drink items to guests and provide excellent customer service

What We Look For:

We are looking for someone who is able to adapt their behaviour to different situations, generate ideas to increase sales and improve standards, and work well within a team. You should also have the ability to manage and control large groups of guests, and enjoy working with children.
