Job Title: Team Member Soft Play

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Soft Play team at Sizzling Pub & Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a fun and engaging environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure the soft play area is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of children's birthday parties, including face painting and balloon modeling.
  • Sell food and drink items to guests and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive experience for our guests.
