We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our London IT Team. As a Junior Network Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting 2nd line issues and providing technical assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, Windows 10, MS Office, and software applications
  • Configure mobile devices and troubleshoot printer and fax issues
