Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to join our team at Tripledot Studios Limited. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile games, driving strategic vision and planning, and ensuring the successful execution of our product roadmap.

About the Role

As a Product Director, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and owning the product strategy for our mobile games

* Leading a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts

* Forecasting, tracking, and delivering to financial targets and outcomes for our games

* Owning high-level schedules for game development and product delivery

* Ensuring the successful launch and growth of our games

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the games industry

* Proven track record of leading scaled games businesses

* Expert knowledge of the games ecosystem, including competitor landscape and industry trends

* Ability to define key KPIs and standardize across the group

* Successful leadership of people, organizational culture, and/or games systems and infrastructure
