About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to combine a passion for data with an interest in adoption and make a real difference to children's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality performance data to support the work of the Regional Adoption Agency and its partners.
  • Work closely with regional colleagues to identify opportunities to develop data that enhances service delivery.
  • Support the Head of Service to report quarterly to the Governance Board on performance against delegated functions.
  • Develop and maintain a range of reporting tools, including PowerBi, to support data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to written reports on practice and provide presentations to groups of practitioners.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with a background in providing data to support service developments and requirements. You will be part of a small core team that works closely with regional colleagues to ensure performance requirements are met.
