Family Adoption Links (FAL) operates as a Regional Adoption Agency, collaborating with multiple councils to enhance adoption services across the region.

Role Overview

In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide essential data that supports regional initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory and national standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an innovative and proactive individual with experience in data provision to support service enhancements. As part of a dedicated team, you will work closely with regional partners to meet performance expectations. This role also presents an opportunity to deepen your knowledge in adoption services and develop performance metrics that support service evolution.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong enthusiasm for data and its critical role in service delivery
  • A keen interest in expanding knowledge of adoption services
  • Proficiency in various reporting tools, including PowerBi
  • Capability to meet deadlines and present findings to practitioner groups
  • Contribution to written reports regarding practices
  • Collaboration with regional partners to identify data development opportunities that enhance service delivery
  • Support the Head of FAL in quarterly reporting to local authorities on performance against delegated functions.
