About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance data to support the work of our Regional Adoption Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance data to support service developments and requirements
  • Work closely with regional colleagues to identify opportunities to develop data that enhances service delivery
  • Support the Head of FAL to report quarterly to the Governance Board, performance against each of the delegated functions
  • Deliver data to support the work delivered regionally and in accordance with statutory and national requirements

Requirements

  • Passion for data and understanding of its importance in delivering services
  • Enthusiasm for developing knowledge about the adoption service
  • Familiarity with a range of reporting tools, including PowerBi
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver presentations to groups of practitioners
  • Contribution to written reports regarding practice
