About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Data Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data to support the work of our Regional Adoption Agency.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with a background in data analysis and reporting. You will have a passion for data and an understanding of its importance in delivering services. You will also have experience with a range of reporting tools, including PowerBi.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality data to support the work of our Regional Adoption Agency
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to support data analysis and reporting
- Work closely with regional colleagues to identify opportunities to develop data that helps to enhance service delivery
- Support the Head of FAL to report quarterly to each of the LAs via the Governance Board, performance against each of the delegated functions

Working Arrangements
We operate a hybrid working model, which allows for a balance of remote and office-based work. You will be required to commute to our nominated contractual work base when necessary. We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
