The Maintenance Surveyor will play a crucial role in overseeing the in-house repair operations, ensuring that all surveys, inspections, and installations are executed efficiently and within designated timelines.


Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:
  • Conduct surveying services throughout the region, providing expert advice, detailed specifications, and managing work orders and repairs.
  • Deliver surveying services for both occupied and vacant properties.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all tenants.
  • Engage with both residential and commercial properties, including estates.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Surveyor:
  • Proven experience in the social housing sector.
  • Strong background in surveying practices.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for site assessments.
  • Experience working in tenanted properties.
