Our Baby Room Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring that babies receive the highest quality of care and attention during their early stages. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, providing personal care, and building strong relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Baby Room, creating a stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
  • Plan and implement activities that support babies' cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Provide exceptional personal care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and regular updates on their child's progress
  • Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and training
  • Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Experience working with babies aged 0-24 months
  • Strong knowledge of child development in the early years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
