Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and nurturing Infant Care Manager to lead our Baby Room team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants aged 3-24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Baby Room team, ensuring that all staff members are trained and supported to provide high-quality care and attention to infants.
  • Program Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs that support the development of infants, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional care and support to infants.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality care and attention.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience working with babies aged 0-24 months.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of child development in the early years, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
