Banana Moon Day Nurseries: A Leader in Infant Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Baby Room Leader to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to infants aged 3-24 months.

At Banana Moon Day Nurseries, we understand the unique needs of babies and the importance of creating a secure and stimulating environment for their development. Our Baby Room Leader will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the Baby Room, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support babies' cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Providing personal care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines, with a focus on promoting independence and self-care skills
  • Building strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on their child's progress
  • Supervising and supporting the development of room staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Experience working with babies aged 0-24 months, with a strong understanding of child development in the early years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Passion for providing nurturing care and support to infants, with a commitment to promoting their overall well-being
