Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Baby Room. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to infants aged 3-24 months.

Our Baby Room Leader plays a vital role in creating a secure and stimulating environment that fosters the development of our youngest learners. Your expertise will ensure that babies receive the highest quality of care and attention during their critical early stages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Baby Room, promoting a nurturing and stimulating environment
  2. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to support babies' cognitive, social, and emotional development
  3. Provide personalized care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
  4. Establish strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and regular updates on their child's progress
  5. Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and training
  6. Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Your Requirements:

  1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  2. Experience working with babies aged 0-24 months
  3. Strong knowledge of child development in the early years
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to lead and inspire a team
  6. Passion for providing nurturing care and support to infants
