We are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to become a vital part of our Early Years team within our innovative and resource-rich reception classes. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in working with young children and demonstrate a passion for fostering the educational development of reception-aged learners.

As a member of a large EYFS team across our trust, you will be expected to deliver exceptional Early Years Provision, contributing to the planning and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities will include preparing the learning environment both indoors and outdoors. Our Trust employs the ReadWrite Inc scheme for teaching Early Reading and Phonics, and all Early Years staff will receive training to effectively implement this approach within their classrooms. You will oversee the progress of a designated group of children and may need to engage with parents regularly to discuss their child's development through both virtual and face-to-face meetings. Maintaining pupil records and performing various administrative tasks to support teaching staff will also be part of your duties.

Relevant experience and qualifications in working with children are essential. A commitment to ongoing professional development and an eagerness to stay updated with the latest EYFS curriculum advancements implemented by the Trust are required.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The starting salary for this role is approximately £22,100 pro rata, depending on age and experience, with the actual salary reflecting the hours and weeks worked.
