Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high safeguarding standards, ensuring the well-being of every child in your care.
  • Be a key member of the school leadership team, helping to drive the future direction of the school.

Requirements:

  • An outstanding practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with substantial EYFS experience, ideally including provision for 2-year-olds.
  • A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a passion for making a difference in young children's lives.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
