Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Administration Professional to join our team at Executive Jet Management, Inc. as a Commercial Sales Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and business development in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead the development of high-quality sales proposals and presentations to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive improved win rates and increased client retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in sales and administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and administration, preferably in the private aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Business English (written and verbal) and other European languages preferred.
