Role Overview: This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a Construction Project Leader who is eager to make a substantial impact across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a residential development project currently in the final stages of contract discussions.
  • Manage a variety of projects, including new constructions, refurbishments, and modifications across commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate diverse construction initiatives, with a primary focus on the residential domain.
  • Effectively handle projects from post-contract phases through to completion.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Project Management or Building Surveying (BSc/MSc).
  • Experience in residential projects, preferably within a consultancy setting.
  • Demonstrated experience as a project lead in post-contract Project Management/Employer's Agent roles.
