Project Manager

Trevett Project Services is collaborating with a forward-thinking MOD contractor seeking to recruit a Project Manager to oversee and execute specialized construction and estate management initiatives.

This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring 37 hours per week, offering flexible and adaptive working arrangements, typically allowing for two to three days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Become an integral part of a growing team managing a variety of small to medium-sized construction projects.
  • Ensure the successful delivery and management of all stages of both new construction and renovation projects, maintaining timelines and effectiveness.
  • Oversee project documentation, including bids, proposals, and third-party documents (configuration control).
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites as necessary.

Required Experience:

  • Familiarity with the Planning Application and GPDO processes.
  • Understanding of Building Regulations, JSP standards, and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience with CDM Regulations and previous roles as a client or in a similar capacity on construction-related projects.
  • Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
  • Experience in the Defence sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
