Cityscape is seeking experienced Project Leaders who can effectively manage reinforced concrete structure and groundwork projects within both residential and commercial sectors.


The project sizes for this contractor range from £10m to £50m, with the initial undertaking being a £20m reinforced concrete structure and groundwork project in London for new residential developments.


We are specifically looking for Project Leaders with an engineering background who have predominantly worked with reinforced concrete and groundwork subcontractors in the UK.


As the Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire reinforced concrete construction process, including all related groundwork and foundation activities.

While you will have the support of a dedicated team, it will be your responsibility to ensure the project adheres to the timeline, maintains safety standards, and stays within budget.


This role involves client interaction and administrative responsibilities, requiring technically proficient leaders with a proven track record of guiding these projects from the planning phase to successful completion.


Located just outside London, this specialized subcontractor continues to grow year after year, boasting an annual turnover of approximately £200m, indicating their strong market position.

Typical project packages range from £10m to £50m each, encompassing various basement works, groundwork, and multi-storey reinforced concrete structures.


This organization prides itself on a close-knit senior management team, and the successful candidate can expect to join a company that values each team member.

It is important to note that these positions are available for immediate engagement, as new projects have been secured and are ready to commence or are in the planning stages.

Applicants must have demonstrable experience as a Project Leader.

  • Must have experience with a competing reinforced concrete or groundwork subcontractor in the UK.


Additionally, we are ideally looking for leaders who have managed reinforced concrete and groundwork projects valued at a minimum of £10 million each.

This can be structured as a daily rate for those on a CIS or Limited Company basis (approximately £400 to £450 per day), or additional benefits can be provided for those on a PAYE basis.

Performance bonuses are available, along with benefits such as travel allowances and pension contributions.
